2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

When you visit this website, technically required access data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent) is processed in server logs to ensure operation, stability, and security of the application.

To understand how the website is used, we record anonymous page views in our own database (visited page, referring website, country, device type, and browser). No cookies or other identifiers are stored on your device. To count unique visitors, we create a one-way hash of your IP address and user agent combined with a secret that changes daily; the IP address itself is not stored and visits cannot be linked across days. No data is shared with third-party analytics providers. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no page views are recorded. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and deleted after 13 months.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in secure and reliable operation).

4. Recipients and Data Processors

We use technical service providers (hosting, database, storage/CDN) that process data on our behalf. Where required, we conclude data processing agreements with all processors.

5. Retention Period

Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority.
